Simple and delicious egg and avocado sandwich. It is great for breakfast and can be eaten as a meal.


  • 4 Bread slice 
  • 2 eggs
  •  Avocado
  • 1/2 Fresh Lemon
  • 1  Cucumber small
  • 1  small tomato
  • 1/2 tsp Cut Green chili
  • 2  pinch Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp chat Masala
  • 1/8 tsp Salt (As per taste)
  • 1/8 tsp cut mint 
  • 1/8 tsp roasted ground cumin powder
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish


I like to use whole grain bread. it comes out very crispy. You can use any you like. You can add any other salad you like. 

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Cut all ingredients. Keep ready.

Step 2

Add lemon (as per taste) and spices to the cut veggie.

Step 3

Take slice of bread, cut circle in the center.

Step 4

Add little oil or butter of your choice on the pan. Put cut bread slice and add the egg in the cut circle. Then add a sprinkle of salt and pepper and cover it with the removed piece of bread. Cook both the side. Make the same way the second bread piece.

Step 5

Add the prepared vegetables in the bread and make the sandwich. Serve it hot with sauce.
