I ususally make this tea. But more during time anyone has cold in the family is very helpful. If you add pich of salt to the tea helps to clear phlem during cold and cough.
Ingredients
- 2 1/4 Cup of water
- 1/2 inch Ginger
- 1/2 inch Raw turmeric
- 2 Pinch Black Pepper
- 3 tsp Sugar (Add per you taste. I use 1 spoon sugar per cup)
- 2 pinch Black Pepper
- 1/8 tsp Cardamom
Ginger, turmeric are rich in antioxidants, which help protect cells from damage, fight off disease and infections and contribute to your overall health.
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Boil 2 1.4 cup water
Step 2
Crushed Ginger and Turmeric in mortal pestle and add it to water.
Step 3
Add Pepper, tea leaves Sugar and let all boil for 2-3 min
Step 4
Add milk to the boiling tea.
Step 5
Strain and enjoy it hot.
