Bajra Ki Roti is a very healthy option.


  • 1 Cup Bajra atta (pearl millet flour)
  • 1/3 cup wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp  Salt

Bajara Ki Roti is very healthy.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Take 1 cup of Bajra atta (pearl millet flour) add 1/3 cup of wheat flour and 1/2 cup of salt. Mix all.

Step 2

Take a cup of water, add slowly to the flour, and mix. Kneed it nicely and cover and keep for 15 minutes.

Step 3

Roll the Chapati and cook on the pan add ghee (Clarified butter) 

Step 4

Once nicely cooked remove it. 

Step 5

Serve hot with vegitable. You need to eat it hot as it dries very fast.
