Sesame Seeds Chutney: Sesame Seeds Chutney is used as a dressing, making green peas burritos and with falafel sandwich, etc. You can eat with whatever you choose to eat with,     


  •  1/4 cup Sesame seeds.
  • 2-3  Clove of Garlic
  • 1 Dry Chili (Kashmiri (sweet pepperika) – If you link spicy the cayenne pepper) 
  • 1 tbsp  Oilve Oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt (As per your taste)


About :

It is a nice tangy Chutney depending upon your level of spicy you eat, you can use chili. As my family does not eat spicily so I like to use Kashmiri Mirch( Sweet Paprika) less spicy.

Chutney adds flavor to our food. They make it tastier. This is an easy recipe you can make and keep it in advance.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Saute the sesame seeds in a pan. Untill they are light brown.  

Step 2

Add in 1tsp oil in a tempering pan – Garlic and red dry pepper as of your choice. Saute it for 1-2 minutes.

Step 3

Add sesame seeds, 1 tablespoon olive oil, warm water  2 tablespoons, and yogurt 1/8 cup. in a grinder and salt to taste.

Step 4

After grinding remove it in a bowl.

Step 5

you can serve with burritos, pita, green peas cutlets etc.
